    IDNs (HCA, CommonSpirit, Ascension, Kaiser Permanente, Sutter, Intermountain) span multiple hospitals, ambulatory sites, and post-acute facilities under common ownership. They centralize purchasing, formularies, and clinical pathways.

    What this means in practice

    Selling into IDNs typically requires corporate-level value-analysis approval before site-level adoption. Contract wins at large IDNs can swing quarterly results materially.
